Coffee Butter Icing

Ingredients 30 g (2 tablespoons) butter (melted) 12 tablespoons icing sugar 1 teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon of milk Method Mix butter thoroughly into sugar Add coffee/milk mix Mix thoroughly Note: More coffee can be added to taste and if you would like a runnier icing more milk can be added.
