Coleslaw

Ingredients 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded 1 cup carrot, grated 1 apple, cored and grated 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx.) 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Method Combine ingredients and mix well.
