Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ Tbsps mint, finely chopped

Method

  • Peel, de-seed and grate the cucumber.
  • Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber.
  • Add cucumber into the yoghurt. Add the salt and mint.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
