Finished coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 apple, cored and grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx.)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine ingredients and mix well. Add more lemon juice to taste.

Note: Dressing can be added to this recipe like coleslaw dressing but the lemon juice and juice from the apple make its own kind of dressing.
