Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 1 apple, cored and grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx.)
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine ingredients and mix well. Add more lemon juice to taste.
Note: Dressing can be added to this recipe like coleslaw dressing but the lemon juice and juice from the apple make its own kind of dressing.
