Ingredients
- 30 g (2 tablespoons) butter (melted)
- 12 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon of milk
Method
- Mix butter thoroughly into sugar
- Add coffee/milk mix
- Mix thoroughly
Note: More coffee can be added to taste and if you would like a runnier icing more milk can be added.
