You throw everything into a bowl
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tblsp sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method

Stack and wrap in foil to keep warm while you are making them
Mix all until smooth with large spoon. Add some regular milk if you prefer thinner pancakes.
- Drop by large spoonful onto hot and greased fry pan.
- Serve with warmed maple syrup! Yum!!!!!
