Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tblsp sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method

Mix all until smooth with large spoon. Add some regular milk if you prefer thinner pancakes.
- Drop by large spoonful onto hot and greased fry pan.
- Serve with warmed maple syrup! Yum!!!!!
