Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ Tbsps mint, finely chopped
Method
- Peel, de-seed and grate the cucumber.
- Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber.
- Add cucumber into the yoghurt. Add the salt and mint.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
