Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 35 g Butter
- Approx. ½ cup milk
- 1 tin Spaghetti
- Approx. 1½ cups Cheese
- Other toppings of your choice.
Note: Things like chicken should be precooked.
Method
- Rub butter into sifted flour, baking powder and salt until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add milk and mix bringing it together into a soft dough. Don’t over work the dough.
- Spread out into a 25 x 35 cm pan or onto a baking tray.
- Top with Spaghetti. Sprinkle spaghetti with ½ cup of the cheese. Add your chosen toppings. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Cook at 190°C for around 20 minutes. Just keep an eye on it. It’s cooked when the dough is golden brown.
