  • 1½ cups flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 35 g Butter
  • Approx. ½ cup milk
  • 1 tin Spaghetti
  • Approx. 1½ cups Cheese
  • Other toppings of your choice.
    Note: Things like chicken should be precooked.

  • Rub butter into sifted flour, baking powder and salt until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  • Add milk and mix bringing it together into a soft dough. Don’t over work the dough.
  • Spread out into a 25 x 35 cm pan or onto a baking tray.
  • Top with Spaghetti. Sprinkle spaghetti with ½ cup of the cheese. Add your chosen toppings. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Cook at 190°C for around 20 minutes. Just keep an eye on it. It’s cooked when the dough is golden brown.
