Ingredients
- 1 can (375 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 packet (32 g) onion soup mix
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 1 ½ cups (180 g) tasty cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 loaf thin sandwich slice bread
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium sized saucepan.
- Cook over a low heat until the cheese melts, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.
- Once cool spread on to slices of bread and roll.
- Cook under a grill until golden and toasted on all sides.
Note: Uncooked Cheese rolls can be frozen.
