My toothache is gone and it was a beautiful sunny day down south today so as promised I have written some conversion information for those of you outside of New Zealand and those who would rather deal in imperial measurements.
I have also written a few ideas on how to use leftover egg whites and yolks, including a recipe for creamy vanilla custard and crΓ¨me brulee. These are just a few ideas to get you started π There is also some information on how to freeze them.
